General Information

The congress will take place in Saint Stephen's Basilica (Szent István-bazilika)
from Sunday 17th September 4 pm
until Saturday 22nd September in the evening

All participants have to register on the website and organise his/her own travelling arrangements.


How to register?


Registration will only open after 15th June.


All registrations must be done on the websites: www.icne.hu or www.varosmisszio.hu

People travelling in groups must register as a group in order to obtain lodging in the same location (same as for Brussels All Saints 2006).

Lodging is provided from Sunday 16th. Any earlier arrival must be notified to the registration desk directly.

How much does it cost?



As for Brussels All Saints 2006, you can participate to the entire week or just to part of it.

Here are the different prices:

* The 1st half registration fee includes the trip, travelling arrangements and food for Esztergom (60km from Budapest) on Wednesday 19. This trip will be done by bus in the morning and returning by boat.

There is no reduction for Youth.

All registration fees include:
- entry pass
- meal tickets for lunch and dinner
- bag
- Congress program and practical information in different languages
- City map with pictograms
- Map and tickets for public transports
- Liturgy booklet

There are no one-day tickets. People coming for just a day will not be able to enter the Basilica. They will be able to watch the activities of the Basilica from a tent located outside the Basilica. This is free. However, all translation system will only be available in the Basilica.


How to pay?


Registration fees can be paid by credit card on the official websites or by bank transfer to a special account of the Budapest diocese.


How to register a group?


Any group needs to have a «leader» who makes the registration on behalf of everyone in the group.

The registration form requires the following details for each member of the group: first name, last name, gender, age, arrival and departure dates, spoken languages, special needs, lodging requirements.
The « leader » can register his/her group and change the participants' name as long as the payment is not made.
Any change within the group after the payment is made must be done via the registration desk.


What happens for the meals?


At lunch, warm meals will be served in the university area.

Each participant will then receive a cold meal for the evening.


What do I do from the airport?



Transfer information from the airport will be available from 1st June.


Currency


Hungary is not part of the EURO zone.

1 EUR is equal to about 250 forint (HUF).

You can get Hungarian forints before the departure at your bank or on site through any cash machine with your BANCONTACT/ MisterCash card.
